    I started in '99 when I was 23yrs old. I was lucky I listened to my mum who kept saying you need to buy a property. Its that old saying, "I just wished I started earlier!"

    I started 23 years ago :eek:

    But when my daughter is my age she will be able to say she started 33 years ago :D

    Hmm.. I started when I was 18ish. Bought a nice HT Holden ute, then a few years later I bought a Holden WB panel van. Then in '85 I traded that in and bought a Toyota 4Runner. In '89 I traded that for $1000 more than what I paid for it and bought another 4Runner. It's funny, I didn't seem to make much money on these investments... can't understand why. :rolleyes:
    Didn't make money on anything until I bought Telstra shares in the first IPO.. woohoo.. then a property in '97 woohoo again. You live and learn hey......

    I only started at end of 07, the market is bloom at that time.
