How much do you claim for depreciation for Townhouses

    I am trying to estimate what the on paper deductions for townhouses may be?

    I understand how it is calculated but would like some real life results?

    Would anyone be willing to share these figures on a per annum basis?Please also include age of the townhouse, approx how much you paid and when you bought it?

    The price range i am looking at is approx $200 - $250K.
