Hi all just wanted to say what a great site this is. I had a question that I was hoping you could help me with please The boss has instructed me that she wants to look for vacant block of land or an old house or a big block that we can flatten and subdivide. She wants to build townhosues or duplexes on it and sell them off. She has seen a few sites that she likes in regional NSW. Just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction of how I can find out how much prfot margin may be in the deal and how people find out if this is feaseable in different areas.
