    Hi all,

    I have unfortunately been off work due to a severe back injury for the last 4 months, resulting in me requiring a spinal fusion. I has been a nightmare of a year, but it was a relief to receive my first income protection payment into my SMSF earlier today.

    What I am not sure of, is what I actually need to do to allow the release of funds from the SMSF into my personal account.

    I assume it is some sort of lump sum payment form that I need to fill out, but I am not certain.

    Can anyone give me soe direction here?
