Increase of price for Front Lawn!

    How much value you think a new reticulated front lawn could add value to your home? Any ideas.

    Could a bad lawn bring the value down also?

    Given the increasing costs of water - perhaps it could reduce the value (the same way swimming pools can - added expense means fewer people interested) ? I don't know whether we are at that point yet ... a nice lawn is always attractive ... just trying to be practical here :D

    Jacque would have a better idea about it.

    Bring back ASTROTURF!! Ever green, never needs watering, hard wearing, never needs mowing - the lawn of the future:D :D

    It's not about the lawn- it's about the block of land that it sits on!
    The bigger the lawn the bigger the price :D
