    Usually just scribbled boxes of houses with arrows all over them :(


    And both are very valid perspectives for the client at the time. And if they hold them after understanding then they are informed perspectives and still valid for them :) No right and wrong in my eyes unless something is clearly illegal, wrong or dumb (and I know dumb well having been through it all myself).

    Excellent point. And a very good example of why you should use a mortgage broker like Simon! :D I figure I'm pretty good at understanding the implications of the whole financing side of things but I missed that implication until you pointed it out. Seems so obvious now... :eek:

    I really don't have any - is just scribbling as we go!
