Well i'm not exactly how many of you guys here are aware, but I recently got this new laptop with vista. Now I for one am not really a big fan of vista, however I did come across this very useful gadget which basically monitors your shares in real time, and keeps a little bar on your desktop at all time.

The gadget is basicaly called 'Stocks' and you can add in basically whatever index, or security you like and it will constantly show you the prices on your desktop.

There probably other programs similar to this, and/or alot of you probably already know about this, however for those who don't, it's a very shmick little thing indeed, and i'd suggest trying it out. :)

For those of you who don't have vista, i'm almost certain you can download this toolbar anyway for xp.

Are there any other similar programs/gadgets to this any of you guys use?

It is delayed by 20 mins like all other free monitoring sites.

I use a few other gadgets, the temp one is cool and you can pick your city and any other in the world. I also use the one that monitors my laptop workings, an analogue clock and a calendar.

    Ciao,
