I've filled out the application, minus the section where I nominate a fund.

I'm leaning heavily towards the "CFS FC - Colliers Geared Global Property Fund".

I think that with my relatively small investment ($5000) that the geared option would probably be a better choice. Other than avoiding some risk in case of poor performance, I can't see much reason to invest into the non-geared option.
I plan to hold the fund over the long-term anyway, and don't plan to exit due to fluctuations in the market.

If I follow through with this course of action, then I will keep saving until I have enough for an International Share Fund.

(I considered waiting until I had the full $10,000 and investing into both funds at the same time. But I figured there probably isn't much point holding off any longer?)

    Thanks.

So finish the job and send it off. Long term geared will win in an apreciating asset world.

Cheers mate. I sent out the application earlier today (For the CFS FC - Colliers Geared Global Property).

    All systems go.

I've almost cleared out my bank account. I need to get some more work.
