investment club how do i start

    Hi all,

    I have a group of 7 close friends that are interested in investing. I was thinking shares for the first 6 - 12 months with property maybe an option down the track. Looking to put in $100 or so a week, with some margin lending the portfolio will grow quite quickly.

    Can anyone please give me some advise, whats the best way to protect all members if one goes bankrupt it cant hurt the rest, best method for tax etc?

    any help appreciated.
