Is it time to get back into LPT?

    The yield on SFW is around 9.4% - is anyone thinking about getting backinto LPT's at this stage? I must admit I am as a long, long term investment.

    It's an interesting idea Tim, my latest guess is maybe not quite yet but I too have been sniffing this idea closely. For an accumulator you have to imagine it's a better time than it was 12 months ago though!

    As I understand the yield is based on previous earnings, which are likely to fall based on CNP and other roaches in the kitchen, so I'm not sure how accurate that yield would prove to be going forward.

    I was looking at STW though.

    Insight,

    that is a good point about the yield based on previous earnings I hadn't thought about that. How would you find out what current earings are does anyone know?
