    Wow ! That's pretty quick.

I always wander why it takes NI so long ... no doubt there are many reasons.

The size of the company and the resources they have available would be the main factor I expect.

However, I find Platinum to be pretty slow processing stuff too - and they are a much larger company (at least in FUM terms).

Of course, if you have other entities, then you will pay less (or no) tax.

I'm a bit worried that I'm not seeing the payment details in InvestorServe ... does anyone else see their distribution info there ?

Why are you worried Sim? Have you any grounds to believe that there may be a problem with Navra delivering this quarter?

    Hi,
Last quarter, distributions were, from memory, paid out on the 10th January.
It is now the 12th April.
But given that we've just had a 4-day Easter break, perhaps we can allow Navra a little leeway to contend with this holiday break.
    But I still have sweaty palms. :D :D :D

    Hi, Voigtstr,
When you first purchased units, you should have been given the option of having internet access to your account.
If you took this option, NavraInvest would have written to you giving you all the info necessary to log into your account through Investorserve.
    Cheers

No that wasn't my concern at all ... I refinanced my Navra funds with a new margin lender earlier in the year, and I was worried that there had been some problem with the way the account was set up.

If nobody else is seeing the info in InvestorServe either, then it sounds like an InvestorServe problem rather than something wrong with my accounts ... which makes me feel a bit happier !

ahhh got ya... parked a small amount of money in the wholesale fund via etrade. As soon as I see that the distribution has been paid in, I'll cash out and then reinvest my partner's money into the retail fund via Managed funds and superannuation with 100% rebate of entry fees and research on funds and shares - InvestSMART mainly so that distributions can be automaticly reinvested (etrade didnt give me a choice) and also so that if I start adding to the fund as well (when my debts are paid) then the trailcap might come into effect. (I'll make sure I tick the internet access box)

    Cheers

Funds arrived in my bank last night, too.
I find it a little strange as Investorserve still haven't updated their records as yet.
Obviously I'm mistaken, but I always thought that Investoserve was the first cab off the rank, followed a day later by the bank deposit.
Anyway, doesn't really matter, as long as the cash flows in, hey?.:D

    Hi voigtstr

You don't need to cash out to change the broker/FA that you have your investments through.

Simply get on the investsmart site and fill out a giving each managed fund you have invested in

    http://www.investsmart.com.au/trailcap/pdf/Fund_Transfer_Form.pdf

I should have share in Investsmart:D

    Cheers

Ooooohhhhh ... this is very interesting. I just found my distribution payment. It was paid to my other margin lending account (the one I refinanced my Navra funds away from earlier this year) !!!

I'm sure that wasn't supposed to happen ... but it is actually better for me - that's where I wanted the money anyway :D

I'm about to move the funds back to that lender - so it won't really matter either way.
