Interesting concept for a new business- seems he has had a few, for someone only 34 it seems a big claim to have had 20years experience ( must have been a very mature 14yr old). The idea of using other peoples money is the basis for most wealth building and at the moment he has 13 people who have given him money to purchase very large parcels of land to subdivide- I question whether this is sustainable for the long term- all the demographic research on population/sea/tree-change does not indicate that many want an alternative lifestyle on 40ha of land with no services, which raises the question Who is the end user? Who is buying these 40ha parcels of land? So far he has a subdivision of 14 lots and has sold 6. Observing the progress of the business over the next 12 months should indicate whether its a goer or not.
