    Hi,

Does anyone know good landlord & content insurance in VIC ?
What are the most important features when shopping around for the insurance?

We've had a good run with Westpac, Australia wide. Good discounts with additional properties.

Can't say that we've ever had to test them out with a claim though.

You should only need contents insurance if providing part / fully furnished. Tennants need to cover their own stuff. check extent of 'fittings' covered.

Thanks D&K for your reply. I'll start getting quotes around the internet.

Also try Terri Sheer and CGU. Both are widely used.
