    Ambulance chasing

    IMG is a listed litigation firm that is basically chasing anything with a pulse. In the US they are referred to as ambulance chasers. If councils can provide physical evidence (eg an email, letter) showing they were misled, then they have a case. Otherwise its just your usual case of when things go wrong, people want someone other than themselves to blame.
