    Does anyone know the outcome of the unit that fell down the hole?
    Would love to know if the owner actually sold it to a brave buyer who was prepared to wait it out on insurance decisions :D

    Good question. I knew they were selling it, but I haven't heard anything about an actual sale. I'd love to know what someone was willing to pay for it!

    Hi Jackie

    I received a flyer in the post giving an update of the new tunnel and road projects in Lane Cove. It seems the company responsible for this project has bought out or at least offered to buy out the residents of that unit.

    Well, that should be a happy outcome for most of them, I'd imagine. As long as the price offered was a true reflection of its "pre-accident" worth.....
    At least Lane Cove has several other units from which to choose from when they're looking for a new place. Nice place to live :)
