    Oli,

My rate is 8.1% with LE as I've got over $250K from them so qualify for a 0.1% discount. Don't know what the other rates out there look like or how much else I could have got off them, but it works for me.

    Cheers,
    Michael.

The standard rate for LE is 8.4%. Navra clients get a discount according to how much they borrow. Of course I'm not going to post on a public forum what those discounts are, however.

    Mark,

    Oli,

We use to be with BT and moved to LE because of a better rate. It all depends on amount borrowed. The higher the amount the better the rate :)

For anyone interested, my response from BT-Online:

In regards to discounts I am pleased to confirm there is a 0.15%
discount for Westpac Shareholders who hold at least 500 shares. There is
also a discount for NavraInvest clients. For clients with loans up to
$250,000 this discount is 0.15% the discount then increases by
increments depending on the size of the clients loan (e.g. 0.25%
discount for Navrainvest client holding loans between $250,000 and
    $500,000).

Please be advised these discounts are not dependent on whether the loan
is taken out in the name of a family trust. Also be advised each client
only receives the greater discount of those discount amounts they are
eligible for, not the aggregate of the discount amounts.

The current BT-Online interest rate is 8.2% so Navra clients would be paying 8.05% on an amount up to $250K.

Edit: I've just received further confirmation from BT-Online that Westpac professional loan package customers are eligible for a 0.25% discount.
