LOE ?

    What does LOE stand for?

    Don't want to ask a dumb question but after a search online, the closest match I could find was Lease and Operating Expense which is not right.

    Thanks Asxbroker.

    I have a lot of questions on really basic stuff such as

    -what exactly does leveraging equity - PPOR, -LVO etc etc

    that I want to learn about but bugging people here on the forum is not a good way to go. Is there a website or a bunch or resources that contains a lot of the basic concepts and abbreviations for real estate investment???
