Looking for Accounting advice, Wollongong or S/Sydney

    Hi, does anyone know of a knowledgable accountant either in South Sydney or Wollongong? I am looking for someone knowledgable around property investing with also a knowledge of investing in trusts. The accountant I have been using is becoming more tied up on other things its would be good to have someone else to speak with. Does anyone know of someone good?

    South Sydney ? Our very own Nick Moustacas is now based in Hurstville ... and I can highly recommend him for his knowledge of property investing and trusts.

    Thanks for your advice Sim. Have tried him although hes fully booked up until mid May and I was hoping for some advice before my next purchase in the next couple of weeks. I'll keep searching though.

    mmm ... this time of year is always very busy for accountants ... all the company tax returns are due in, and they are starting to get end of year tax planning clients through the door.

    Sorry David, but with tax deadlines looming + preparing for a seminar in May. i am just not able to see new clients until after 15 May.

    what type of seminar have you got coming up Nick? is it one only for your clients or is it a general investing seminar for the public to attend?

    a trip to brisbane could be good but maybe not this year...

    do you know if they could make the workbook available for sale seperatly? would love to hear about your gst and renovations part

    ps: you could think john edwards would get a new photo by now, it looks about 10 years old...
