Does anyone know of any ML lenders with MAX LVR greater than 70% against the Navra Wholesale or Retail fund ? I understand BT allows 75%.

I don't know if they still do but my margin loan with Colonial allows a LVR of 76%.

Yes, LevEq have reached their maximum allocation to Navra ... they no longer accept Navra as security for new borrowings.

This doesn't affect existing borrowers with Navra holdings though (70% LVR on AUS Retail and Wholesale funds), although they may or may not allow you to increase your holdings - it varies.
