Well i need a kick in the butt to make me move forward with at least something.

Should i build my property portfolio first and then build my shares and managed funds after or do both at the same time?

    Any ideas?

    Hi Triu

It depends on a no. of factors- your short and long term goals, your cashflow position and the amount of funds you currently have available.

Naturally, diversification across a few asset classes is wise, however this will depend on your cash position.

Try, however, not to suffer from analysis paralysis, as you will end up procrastinating and doing nothing.
