    I can't beleive how much I continue to learn from everyone here !

    We switched last year to capitalising interest after finally getting my head around it and doing some Excel analysis.

    Sounds like pre-paying interest next year may be the way to go provided our LVR remains low.

    I would also look at doing this every year !
