I'm quessing the answer to this one is going to be a definate no, however here goes.
Is it possible to transfer your super funds into your margin loan account to reduce the LVR?
    Thanks

    No.
A Super Fund cannot borrow money, or be used as security for borrowing money.
The assets of a Super Fund must be kept separate from the assets of the individual.

I had heard that you can get gearing in Super through some funds with "Internal Gearing" though dont know much about it (is it possible through Commercial Property Trusts?)
