Market for unlisted shares?

    Hi,

    Does anyone know if there is a market/website/publication that deals with unlisted company shares?

    I have shares in a company that seeks entrepreneurial opportunities (eg. companies with ASX listing potential; real estate development; business opportunity; reduced rate overseas loans etc.) – however, considering selling due to personal circumstances.

    If anyone knows of a market, would appreciate getting some info on it please.

    also you need to be careful of the secondary sale provisions of the Corps Act
