Did a search in this forum for forclosure properites and came across a link to this site

National Mortgagee and Deceased Estate Properties - NMD Data

It is, to use their own words a "MD Data is an online property listing website that exclusively lists mortgagee foreclosure, deceased estate and housing authority properties in one locality"

My question is has any one joined this site and is it worth joining?

Geez last time I looked at this it was free! If you're actively looking, $55 is very cheap for a 3mth subscription but, as MIP sales usually go to auction and are advertised as such anyway, perhaps there's no need to join up?

Why don't you join for a mere mth and let us know? It's only $20...

Hi Jacque, I probably will. I'll still on the beginning of my learning curve and have a lot of things I want to go over first. Will let you know what that site is when I join.

What is MIP? Could not find that meaning in the glossary on this website.
