    Hey Gad
The link didn't work for me. Where are the prices? do you know what the retail fund ended up at?

When logged in this site will tell those that have reinvested, just how many new units they have.

The Aust. Retail fund paid 9.22cpu.

Can you get access to investorserv if you have a margin loan, or is it only availble to those that invest direct with navra with no loan?

Yes SugarFreeGum. You may need to ask your margin lender their "registered company name".

    Go to http://www.investorserve.com.au

    Select "Unit Trust"

Enter "Reference No" which appears on your statements.

    Enter your ML's company name.

If you don't have a PIN no, it says to leave it blank, so I presume this would take you to a registering page.

Could take days to get your PIN.

Thanks Gad, we are only parking a little bit of money there, but I think the missus can see the difference between using Navra and using ING direct to park her spare cash in. The distribution takes my percentage profit/loss figure from 0.11% to 8.33 %.

Is the distribution taken out gradually through the quarter? I was expecting the redemption price to drop. Its still 1.2126.

    Hi, Voigtstr,

I think you'll find that the post-distribution figures have not yet been updated on the Navra website.....they still show the date 29June.

This will be updated soon, and will show a lesser figure....post distribution.........possibly $1.1223 ?

    Cheers

    Jayar

If you reinvest your distribution, Investorserve will show you the new amount of units you have. The unit prices have not yet been updated from 30/06/07.
Look at your "transactions" on Investorserve.

I'm guessing the redemption price will be around 1.16. Of course that is a guess based on the leg-up BHP should have given the fund.

I think the buy price of $1.1223 would be the last redemption price of last month minus the 9.22cpu distribution + 1.5% (mid buy/sell spread) or something like that.
They have not posted any prices for this month as yet.

I guess I'll just have to relax and wait until the prices are available from the navra site again. I've been tracking the unit prices for the last 3 months as well as % profit/loss (based on cost of purchase price for the units bought). The extra units should help the profit/loss figure out.

    The final quarter’s distribution

Navra Blue Chip Australian Share Retail Fund 9.22 cents per units

Navra Blue Chip Australian Share Wholesale Fund 9.30 cents per units

Navra Blue Chip American Share Wholesale Fund 1.40 cents per units

    :p
EDIT:For those who receive the quarterly distributions, the payment is scheduled for this Thursday 12th July, and depending on your bank you should receive the funds by the end of the week or earlier next week.

Hmmmm................... might have to consider pulling funds out of the U.S fund and putting it with the rest of the Oz fund.

Think it was Gad who was considering doing the same thing.

Within the next day or two I expect. They have the withdrawal form.
It's just been a matter of waiting for the prices to be worked out.
