It's the NFS website - it's for NFS clients only.

As Sim has said it is for NFS clients only, If you are a Navra Financial Services client or have attended a Navra Course, you may apply for posting rights on the forum. However, there is nothing stopping you from reading the posts.

    Welcome to the Navra Forum,

Our ongoing commitment to investment education gets a huge boost with the launch of a forum, dedicated to our clients.

The purpose of the forum is to allow clients to have ready access to ongoing education in an interactive way. Through this medium, clients are now able to get answers to the many investment and planning questions that form part of your structure. Also, forum discussion between educated clients can only be a helpful tool in furthering your understanding of some of the intricacies of “Structured Investment Planning”.

The forum has been divided into various sections that will be manned by various Navra staff, pertaining mainly to their individual areas of expertise:

    NavraInvest Funds
Discussions about the NavraInvest Managed Fund and finance products
    - Steve Navra, Julia Lane and Team

    Structure
Investment structures, trusts, asset allocation, how to tie it all together
    - Steve Navra, Mark Raymond, Justin Thompson, Dylan Navra and Team

    Property
    Investing in real estate
    - Roger Fusca, Mark Raymond and Team

    Tax Planning
Tax planning and minimisation strategies - including agribusiness investments
    - Steve Navra, Johann Straus and Team

    Superannuation
Planning for retirement - super strategies
    - Que Luong and Team

    Risk
    Managing and minimising risk
    - Dylan Navra and Team

    General Investing Discussion
General discussion about investing which doesn't fit in the other topics
    - Steve and Team

We look forward to your many questions, some lively discussion and ongoing educational repartee . . .

    Kind regards,

    Steve

PS: Although this is a forum dedicated for NFS clients, all lurkers are welcome. I will be making much of the Investment Structure education available for general public perusal.

    NAVRA - Growth Fund Launch

NAVRA GROUP FUNCTION - New Growth Fund Launch

    Market conditions feedback
    Fund performances
    Client Internet Forum Launch
    Cocktail party

Please join us for what promises to be our most important function since the inception of the Navra Group.

We are proud of the success and achievements we have delivered to our clients through the formation of the NavraInvest Funds Management business; the financial services and planning business that aims to protect client assets through what has been extremely difficult market conditions, whilst providing effective growth and income in excess of market expectations.

This now allows us to build on our services and products with the launch of our new NavraInvest Blue Chip Growth Fund.

Features of the Growth fund that will be presented:

Loan facility from BT Securities Ltd and product support from Deutsche Bank
With sub-prime problems affecting the availability of credit in today’s market, it is a huge feather in our cap to have BT offer financing for our clients in excess of $250 million.

The new product will be available on a “first come - first serve” basis for all clients in two tranches, as a 100% lend and also an 80% lend.

    Negative Gearing
Wealth creation through negatively gearing property is a prime component of our client planning and now an even more effective less hassles method with a much easier financing option, is available to supplement these plans.

    Spreadsheet Comparison
I will in the simplest form present comparative modelling between the various growth components that make up your portfolio balance; between Growth / Income / Cash-flow.

    Tax effective
We have all previously availed ourselves with tax effective opportunities with Agri-products; and now finally a product that will legally create an offset against taxable income for up to 10 years in advance!

I will also in the feedback session be discussing in detail:

Current market conditions, including the actual Fund performance achievements. (Wholesale; Retail and American)

Hybrid Warrants (again) as the safest and now most cost effective method of gearing a share portfolio.

    Superannuation Structures.

Ultimate portfolio balance to take us all successfully through the next 5 to 10 years.

Launch of a Navra Financial Services (NFS) “Client” Forum!

Presentations are scheduled for Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth
(Please see the attached for details of each of these events).

In addition, I will also be running an NFS Workshop on Saturday 27th September at Milson’s Point and a talk in Brisbane on Tuesday 30th September, that will pre-empt much of what will be covered at the cocktail launches.

Please enquire for more details regarding these presentations.

Partners and friends are welcome; however, we ask that you provide us with their names and details as this helps us to keep track of final numbers for catering purposes.

Please RSVP to Carmelita on 02 9087 1888 or carmelita.tabuchi@navra.com.au

In view of the volatile current market conditions I urge and encourage ALL to attend - this is an important part of your investment education; (compulsory!!) and of course share an enjoyable evening with us.

    Yours sincerely,

    Steve Navra
    Chairman and Managing Director

Carmelita has to check your client details against their CRM system and then approve it. Depends on how busy she is as to when she gets to it.

Dudes! Keep in mind that Carmelita is trying to organise five client functions and do all her regular duties on top of that and organise the registrations for the forum. To say she is extremely busy at the moment would be an understatement. Be patient, she'll get to it.
