Need urgent help to understand this plan

    Hi Everyone,
    I am interested to buy a property. It is survey strata subdivided. Please see the attachment, it shows 92m2 CP3 that is common for both lots. How can bemanaged? I am interested in front property 370m2. If I buy it, do I need to pay for that 92m2 area's road or concrete work?

    If it's strata the costs of maintenance to the common areas will be shared.
    However, how much would that be?
    this is something you need to discuss with the strata manager
    If it's a new development, then I'm guessing that the developer will supply the driveway and landscaping completed so you'll only be required to pay for the maintenance.

    through the strata

    could be a good thing, I personaly don't like such blocks being strata titled
