So how does this one work Jacque ? Do the agents subscribe to it like re.com ? Is it cheaper? Can private individuals use it as we ? I was (pleasantly) surprised at what was listed when you type in the postcode .... it even has WA and regional WA properties ! Amazing !!
Hi Kevin Only a handful of the bigger agencies use HomeHound, as you can see from the banners at the bottom of the home page. I'm not sure if it's cheaper or not for them (though one would assume so, given it's lesser popularity than the two majors) and I'm yet to investigate whether or not they allow private listings. However, if I was selling privately I wouldn't bother with this site yet- Domain is enough.
