Welcome aboard and good luck with the journey.

For most, to acquire that size portfolio in 10 years is mostly about finance, what to buy where you can then get finance for the next IP. It generally will be a mix of IP's that will give capital growth (so you can use a revalue and refinance strategy) and sufficient rent yield to assist with your borrowing capacity.

It will also be about lender selection, in what order you use lenders for finance and what LVR enables you to fund the next IP and the one after that.

Do the research you need to understand the requirements.
I look forward to hearing your progress.

    Hey uclown! Welcome aboard.

That's quite an ambitious goal - but always dreaming big is an awesome thing so long as you have the drive and smarts to back it up.

Can I ask why you are specifically set on property for your investing? Is there something in particular that attracted you to property?

    Good luck with the journey!
