    Ah so true, Nigel. Intuition is also very powerful and shouldn't be dismissed as part of your decision making in life, in general.

    Are we getting too deep here on IE? :)

    Well, not everyone is a control freak such as your good self, Sim' ;) :)

    Believe me, if I could afford entire blocks in my preferred areas, I'd be buying them!!! Anyone got a spare $4mil+ to throw my way.....?!! :D
