I'm semi new to investing so still well in the learning phase, but loving every minute of it.

Looking forward to meeting some great people on here

a lot of members seem to love sister website PropertyChat ( where i am not a member )

i do have some property but use less conventional ways to generate income ( inflation and population increases will increase the valuations over time .. just like it has over the last 40 years they have been in the family )

if searching by members Austing has made some awesome posts over the years , and several others are always helpful with insights

    cheers

the property wasn't bought for investment potential initially , although i did buy the block that would increase value more readily ( of the ones on offer )

you can improve the property in such a way as helps financially .. a vegetable garden , a granny flat , a home-office ( or work-shop ) i put on a big solar array and a dam to breed fish in .

population density increases may easily increase redevelopment potential , but that is just a matter of retaining possession long enough

think of investing as saving money as well as generating income and capital appreciation
