I was doing some research for a client looking at these properties and there is little definitive on the web.
There is some stuff from a sales company but I take that with a large grain of salt. The government stuff is typically gobblydegook.
I know it is early days but checking to see if anyone has any direct experience in the property types, locations, yields, benefits and loans required from an individual investor perspective.

Hi Greg, I haven't had direct experience however I have been looking at this myself.

Obiviously it is all residential property from Townhouses, Units and Houses. The benefit to be gained is the tax credit and growth of the property over time. The houses are rented out at a discount to market as the tennant can only earn income to a certain amount.

The mortgage is in the name of the investor.

    Normal market conditions apply.
