    Just a heads up - NSW Stamp Duty on Trust Deeds is on the up, $200 becomes $500 in 2009.

    I love this state government:mad:

    Not as much as the QLD State Government does. All the overflow from NSW going north

    They giveth with one hand and taketh away with the other :rolleyes:

    At least we don't have to pay SD on mortgages anymore, however.
