Hi am thinking of purchasing an investment, the current owner isn't the original owner and wasn't given the plans to the house. are these registered plans available? Am in Qld. I know I can do a "plan search" on citec online but I'm not sure if this will just give me the plan of the block of land and not the actual house plans.

Registered Plans can be purchased through council

    Hi danrts,

You can purchase the registered plans through council. They used to be able to do it over the counter but now they usually have forms and it can take up to a week.

This may vary from council to council.

    hope this helps.
