    Am after recommendations for a competent PM north shore part of Sydney. The one I had in mind is not as effective as she once used to be (dropping the ball so to speak) so would appreciate any personal referrals :)

    I have used Noelene McNair in the past (as a landlord and a tenant) and am happy to recommend. Not part of RE and a one person outfit so easy to deal with.
