Hi I am purchasing a factory unit and was chatting with a solicitor, I indicated that we need to get a pre-purchase strata report after doing my homework. After googling, I learned that some companies charge 200 to 250. my solicitor indicated 330. are they the same reports? if so, why is there such a 30% difference in price? Did the solicitor mean that the report has to be obtained and then inspected by another person who specializes in inspecting those reports and thus the 330 include the report inspection/analyzing/blah... I don't know, what are your thoughts? thx
