    Sounds Similar to Navra?

I'm a bit confused about the "As the Shares grow in value you sell down the Capital Growth to live on " Part, but compatre it to my NAVRA Holdings returning to thier original Investment and me receiving the 1/4'ly distribution

Yup, pretty much the same net effect ... their strategy has you buying shares and selling to realise capital gains for cashflow ... Navra's DCT funds sell shares at a profit and distributes those profits to you for cashflow ... but with much less effort (and possibly less risk) on your part :D
