    I am thinking of buy an old home to demolish and build 3 townhouses sell 1 and keep 2. Where should I start and what process steps should I take. Thanks

    Hi Saddle

    The first step is to visit your local council to see if the project is able to be done in the first place- does the zoning allow for this type of dvpt?
