In this case i want to take advise from you guys. key points are as below. - Time of buying this property - 2012 Property purchase price - 320000 AUD Amount owing to bank - 269000 AUD loan structure - interest only loan repayments - 1200 per month Current value of property - 370000 AUD Owner - I own this property as I am earning bit high compare to my partner. Rental expected - 380 per week. ----------------- Value of new property might be - 550000 (maximum) I need your valuable suggestions on what strategy i should use to minimize my tax on income as well as create property wealth. if you need more information then please let me know.
