    Just a tip for those of you who haven't had much experience with PM's and are thinking of soon signing a Management Agreement (MA) with your newly appointed PM.....

    It's always a better idea to cross out the 90 days required termination notice and insert 30 days instead :)
    I've had a few colleagues and family members caught out recently with departing tenants, and they wanted to change PM's due to poor service. Unfortunately, unless there was a breach in the MA caused by the PM, you have little option but to give 90 days written notice. Bit of a pain when your PM is incompetent and you have to wait for this long to get somebody better.
