Property Manager Statements

    Hiya all

    I have recently recieved the monthly statement from a new PM for a recently purchased IP, and note that it does not refer to a calendar month as I have been used to with my other PM's. My statement for the month of May goes from 15 May to 18 June which is effectively one (1) month I suppose. The IP was rented commencing 15 May so I can appreciate the start date, but was expecting the 31 May to be the end of the reporting period. This really makes my book keeping painful as I have a spreadsheet set up for calendar months.......

    All of my other IP statments are issued calendar month to calendar month...

    Anyone out there care to comment?
