    Wondering if anyone else has read this book?
    What were your thoughts?

    I like it. Although the strategy is to use equity and borrow as much as you can to purchase as many properties as you can at maximum loans and never use your own money to service your loans, always use equity to cover costs..
    Has anyone put this into practice?

    While we are on the topic - can anyone recommend any other good reads? I don't enjoy reading much but I like reading about property stuff!
