I've been watching SLF (Streettracks Property) for a few months and noticed for the last 2 weeks or so it, and the index, have been dropping. Can anyone explain what is causing LPTs to fall ?

It's not "guilt by association" is it ? ie ... the markets are falling sharply, thus all listed shares (regardless of industry) are vulnerable to selling.

Selling because the market is falling, not selling because of a fundamental change in value.

    I don't actually know - was just a thought.

Makes sense except price was dropping before this mini-correction, and I had heard that LPT's can move contary to the equity market.

Anyhow, the price is looking better each day for purchase, just wonder how far it may go down.
