    I have seen these guys advertise in the Sunday papers with a Property Warrant product, which provides super funds with a way to invest in direct property.

    Just wondering whether;

    a Anyone knows about Quantum; and
    b Whether anyone has researched this product.

    Cheers,

    I think counterparty risk is a key issue with warrants. I have looked at this product briefly. If it was a Mac Bank product or some other major insto then I'd be a bit more comfortable.

    I think the idea is sound - just unconvinced at this stage of the creditworthiness of the counterparty.

    Please do some digging and let us know what you turn up.

    Cheers
