Quarterley Price Movements Information

    Does anyone know where I could get quarterley price movements by suburb for Queensland (Brisbane in particular)? I am trying to do some analysis so would prefer it in excel but can't seem to find anyone that has it. Any ideas?

    Quarterly changes are charted by Residex and you can either subscribe to them annually for $300 or pay 1/4 by 1/4 for $90. Has all the info you're after.

    Thanks Jacque. I spoke with Residex and they only have it in PDF format but if they are the only ones doing it then I could key in all the details given a couple of hours. Seems crazy that nobody has it in a more user friendly form.
