    All I can say in response is to always remember the golden rule about real estate agents: NEVER believe a word they say!

    Trust but verify!

    Always know more than the agent, but never let on, also treat them with respect and try to praise their actions (not locking themselves out of the house is a good achievement) as they can be your best friend in getting a good purchase price.
