Hi I am very new to all this but here goes.My grandmother recently passed and has left our family with a brick house in panania NSW.The block is quiet large,650 sqm,so the real estate has said that more than likey the house will be knocked down and duplexs will be put up.We have had very conflicting appraisals from real estate agents regarding the value of the property.I dont want to get ripped off,but we really need to sell asap.What can I do?
Hi Manda Obtain 3 quotes from local agents asking them to provide you with recent comparable sales to your property. Also check with council what can be done regarding development (talk to the town planner) as this may influence final price outcome. Best of luck with it all.
