Recommendations for professionals please

    Hi,
    I live on the Mid North Coast of NSW (near Kempsey) and I am about to purchase my first IP, is there is anyone in the area who can recommend an accountant and a solicitor specialising in property investments who understands the needs of an investor. I have spoken to a few without success and they don't seem to advertise the fact that they specalise in properties.

    Any ggod accountant shuld be able to help you. I know someone in Ballina, if that is OK for you.

    Otherwise, I am a tax agent and I have numerous clients who have IPs. So if you send through your question, I can help to anwser it the best I can. I look forward to helping you.

    Hi Warren,
    ATM there wasn’t any specific question that I had for a tax agent, although I’m bound to have some soon, I only wanted to know if I should be looking for an accountant that specialises in investments or like you say any good accountant will do, so thanks for the suggestion. Ballina might be a little distant from here, as I think it would be good to speak face to face when completing my tax.

    Does the same apply to the solicitor?:confused:
