    Myself and my mate were thinking about buying and IP close to the University of Queensland (we are looking for a 3 bedroom townhouse), and I was what people thought of renting rooms out individually to uni students. What are the pros and cons of doing this?

    Also who would be the best people to speak to about managing a place like this? Do real estate agents mange share accommodation?
