    Anyone got any views on the unit market in inner city Brisbane? Areas like CBD, Fortitude Valley, Newstead, Teneriffe and New Farm.

    Interested in peoples views.

    If you dont mind me asking TMK, what kind of a response were you after?

    Inner-city units will always have a high rental demand & are quite easy to find tenants for. However, I feel the housing market will continue falling for quite some time before trending sideways. If you are looking to purchase I would leave it & scope the situation in the coming months.
